How to Reach Heaven Dada?
1. By Private Vehicle
Start from Kalanki and follow the route through LRI and Khadka Gaun. Keep driving uphill past Dahachowk Park, Switzerland Park, Kaji Kalu Pandey Dada, and Indradaha to reach Heaven Dada (Dhaireni Dada).
You can also take an alternative route, Kalanki – Khadka Gaun – Balambu – Dahachowk – Nagdhunga – Dhaireni Dada.
Pro Tip: It’s best to go by motorbike or scooter since cars can’t go all the way to the top.
2. By Public Bus
You can travel by public bus to Dahachowk and hike for an hour to reach Dhaireni Dada.
Road Conditions to Dhaireni Dada
Most of the road is smooth and easy to drive or ride on. But the last 5 to 8 minutes reaching Heaven Dada is a bit rough. So, be prepared for a bumpy ride.
Things to Do in Heaven Dada
1. Dry Picnic
Plan a trip with your friends, pack some tasty food, and enjoy a meal with a beautiful view. Heaven Dada can be a great choice for a dry picnic. You can also go alone, just remember to leave no litter behind.
2. Hiking
Dhaireni Dada is one of the perfect places for a hike. The trails are beautiful, surrounded by greenery, the air is fresh, and the view is amazing. If you hike from Dahachowk, it will take an hour to reach the top.
3. Enjoy the View
Find a quiet spot, sit back, enjoy the peaceful greenery, and give your mind a refreshing break.
4. Visit Nearby Places
On your way to Dhaireni Dada, you’ll come across many places worth visiting. Some of them are Switzerland Park, Kaji Kalu Pandey Dada, Dahachowk Park, and Indradaha.

There are many small local restaurants near Heaven Dada where you can have sukuti (dried meat). My personal favourite is Rajkumar Khaja Ghar.

Best Time to Visit Heaven Dada
All the time of the season is the best time to visit Heaven Dada. Just be careful while visiting during the Monsoon season (June to August), as the road near the danda might get slippery.

The cost depends on how you choose to travel. I traveled by scooty, and one liter of fuel was enough. I spent Nrs 350 on food and a cold drink. You can expect to spend around Nrs 500.
